In order to keep offering our customers the best prices possible, please note that we can only guarantee a refund on one order per customer.

Here’s how:

1) Email us at customercare@bioedgesciences.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

2) Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you as soon as possible to review the details with you and plan next steps. Please note, we will not be able to accept any returns that haven't been reviewed and approved by our Customer Care Team.

3) Once approved, send your return shipment to the address provided by our Customer Care Team.

4) Your refund will be issued after your return shipment has been received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. Please note that this can take up to 10 business days after receipt.

5) In order to keep offering our customers the best prices possible, please note that we can only guarantee a refund on one order per customer.

6) If you’d like to keep any free or promo items you received as part of your order, please note the full retail value of that item may be deducted from your order.
